Apply the CARE4 Method to help clients organize operations and prioritize tasks
Conduct one-hour virtual coaching sessions with clients (quarterly for Professional level, monthly for Elite level)
Attend at least one industry event per year to help grow our community
Guide childcare professionals in developing their teams and delegating responsibilities
Have 5+ years of experience operating or leading childcare centers
Know your way around a center generating $1M+ in annual revenue
Lead with empathy — you’re an amazing listener and a natural encourager
Are tech-comfortable: Zoom calls, shared docs, digital tools? No problem.
Feel deeply fulfilled when you’re helping others grow and sharing what you’ve learned
Collaborate with fellow coaches to swap insights and real-world strategies
Grow your own skills through ongoing, high-impact professional development
Help shape and refine the CARE4 Method with your lived expertise
Connect with passionate childcare owners who are hungry to grow and ready to be guided
This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible, performance-based earnings.
$100–$150 per hour, per coaching session, based on client source
Additional bonuses available, including referral incentives and paid introductory calls
Sessions are typically 60 minutes and scheduled in alignment with client needs
Payments are issued monthly based on completed and approved sessions
This role is ideal for experienced coaches who want consistent hourly compensation with upside through referrals and client development.
